We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
The Mind Academy requires notification of request for refund no later than 4 weeks prior to course commencement. The Mind Academy deems this time frame fair and just on both parties and requires notification in writing of the request for refund. Further to this, The Mind Academy’s refund policy is that of 50% of fees already paid, and will be refunded no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 8 weeks from receiving written request.
Any requests for refund received closer than 4 weeks from course commencement will be deemed null and void; however The Mind Academy will honor transfer of enrollment and remaining course fees due, to another nominated party of the students choice ensuring the nominee meets the requirements for enrollment as outlined in the legal disclaimer signed upon initial enrollment; or the re-enrollment of current student into another course at a later date.
